Money as Light Made Tangible

Money as light and joy made physical? What a concept!

Catherine Ponder wrote The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity in the early part of the 20th century but it is still just as relevant as it was in the 1940′s.

If you were raised believing it is wrong to want money or that money is the root of evil you will be surprised at Ponder’s conviction that God/universe/All wants us to be happy healthy and wealthy. I thought I had law of attraction down and that I understood the concepts quite clearly, but this book is clearing up many of my misunderstandings.

Not only is there enough wealth and health and joy for everyone but it is a sin to live small limited unhappy lives when we are in a universe that is such a celebration of joy.

I was taught to identify with the downtrodden and to despise the rich by a parent who was soaked in communist and socialist theory and was a bit confused about supply. There is plenty for all and being rich is no sin. Wow what a concept this is for me. Now I can stop sending out mixed signals and truly love every cent that comes through my hands without a shred of guilt.

The Law of Attraction is only one of several concepts to grasp in order to live a fully joyful abundant life.

The Law of Prosperity, has many parts:

One concept I really like is the Vacuum. Create a vacuum for new stuff by getting rid of old stuff. Pretty simple really but often we feel we must cling to what we have even if we don’t like it or it is not working any longer.

TheProsperity Law of Command, means that we use spoken or written affirmations to put the word out there of what we want to create. We use specific now statements as if it has already been done. then we get ready to receive. After putting out the prayer or affirmation that all is as we want it we give thanks and let it go, knowing it is on its way to the physical realm and already exists energetically no matter what things look like as far as curcumstances go.

Faith is actually a creative act. We know that good stuff is ours no matter what the economy looks like, our job, our home our cloths or any outer trappings. By creating energetically what we like instead of recreating more of what we do not like we are sure to have a more abundant life.

By focusing on “reality” and how bad everything is by talking about it, commiserating, complaining and affirming that it is really bad we create more of it through the law of command. Without knowing what we were doing we may have created a big mess but we can easily create something wonderful by commanding it through our focus, words, thoughts and expectations.

Ponder breaks down the prosperity laws of Increase, persistence, self confidence and more in this uplifting book. It is chock full of affirmations you can use right away and ideas for creating more.

Ponder wrote many books on specific ways to change your paradigm by first changing your thoughts and energetic vibration. Consistency is important. Do not mix things up by asserting positive  thoughts and ideas part of the time and then complaining or journaling about what you do not want the rest of the time. that was my big mistake. Although I uncovered a lot of things that got me down through doing artist’s way morning pages I found that after a while I was just recreating more self doubt by talking about it and dwelling on it. You have to give up focusing on what does not work. I find it refreshing not to have to write about what is going wrong and what I am uncomfortable about. Instead write elaborate lists of fun goals elaborating each day and giving thanks for what is going right.

As negative thought patterns arise you must change them and replace them with there positive equivilents. I did not get this for a long time and was repeatedly creating the old structures by noticing them too much and not letting go of what appeared to be instead of what I wanted to create.

Now I am watching my thoughts and being more aware of my old habits when they crop up so that I can really change for good. It is good to feel all your feelings but there comes a time when to let go of the past and move forward to receiving the good you want.

It is an exciting journey. Using Ponder’s book is taking me to the next level of enjoyment and abundance.
